How are your prints made?
All prints are made by Bay Photo Lab and shipped directly from them once your order from our website.
Do you offer other sizes that aren’t listed?
We are happy to talk about custom sizes, it just depends on the image you're interested in. Sizes are selected based on cropping, resolution and image type. Please contact us for a quote – firstname.lastname@example.org
Are the images on the site an accurate display of what print will look like in person?
Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness level you have. We do our best to show what the images will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly. We have also done our best to accurately show what each size will look like.
Do you offer framing?
Not at this time.
How long will it take to receive my print?
You will select your delivery option with associated shipping costs at the time of the time of purchase.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied at the time of purchase.
Do you accept returns?
All purchases are final sale; we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We will do our best to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. However, occasionally things do happen in transit and we deal with this on a case-by-case basis. Our shipping partners require any damage to be reported within 7 days of receiving the print, so please make sure to open your package in a timely manner. Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or even the original print to process your claim.
